Responsible for design, mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment layout, zoning adjustment to allow larger units, landscape design, and structural design coordination.

• Car rental facility, Multiple Locations, Chicago metropolitan area.

Interior renovation of 2000 square foot car rental facility. New interior layout, new mechanical plumbing and electrical equipment.

Replace existing porch to meet current City of Chicago Building code.  Structural design of value engineered new porches. 

• Multi-unit apartment building interior renovations, Multiple Locations, Chicago, Illinois

Interior renovation of multi-unit apartment buildings.  New interior layout, mechanical, plumbing and electrical equipment to meet current building code.

• New Car Wash Facility, Chicago, Illinois.

Interior renovation of existing car wash facility and plumbing design.

Permitted over 350 projects with the City of Chicago Department of Buildings and Department of Zoning.  Projects include porches, single family residences, multi-family residences, restaurants, commercial office spaces, hospital additions and churches

• Zoning Variations

Assisted with over 15 zoning variations with the City of Chicago Zoning Department, to allow the construction of larger single family home residences, restaurants and commercial spaces.

• Zoning Changes

Assisted with 5 distinct zoning district changes with the City of Chicago Zoning Department, to allow the construction of larger single family home residences, restaurants and commercial spaces.

• Single family residences, multiple locations, Chicago metropolitan area.

Helped complete rough and finish carpentry tasks for the construction of multiple single family houses with Habitat for Humanity.

• Plumbing, two locations, Chicago, Illinois.

Assisted a licensed plumber with the installation of supply and waste piping and plumbing fixtures.

 

• LEED ® Homes – Single family residence, North Suburb of Chicago, Illinois.

Helped with the construction of a new single family home.  Duties included cutting and installation of new trim work.
